Scope, deliverables, pricing, timelines, support terms and ownership for custom client work are governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, invoice or written agreement. Website descriptions are general information and do not create a project commitment by themselves.
Software products
MR TECH software may be subject to product-specific license, subscription, trial, activation and support terms. A software purchase provides the rights described for that product; it does not transfer ownership of MR TECH software or source code unless a separate written agreement expressly says so.
No misuse
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, circumvent licensing controls or use MR TECH software in violation of law except where such a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Availability and changes
Features, services, prices and availability may change. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, nonpayment or legal compliance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MR TECH is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the public website. Product- or project-specific liability terms may be governed by a separate agreement.
