Software purchases and subscriptions
Refund and cancellation eligibility depends on the product, plan, transaction status and applicable law. Because downloadable software and activation credentials can be delivered immediately, some purchases may become non-refundable after fulfillment except where a refund is required by law or the applicable checkout provider’s rules.
Subscription cancellation
Canceling a recurring subscription stops future renewal according to the applicable plan and checkout-provider rules. Access may continue through the paid period unless the product terms state otherwise.
Trials
Free trials, when offered, are intended to let you evaluate compatibility and workflow before a paid commitment. Trial eligibility may be limited per customer or device.
Problems with a purchase
If the software was not delivered, the order cannot be verified, or you experience a material technical problem, contact MR TECH promptly with the order reference and a description of the issue. Do not send payment-card numbers or passwords.
Custom services
Deposits, milestones, cancellations and refunds for custom projects are governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work or written agreement.
