License grant
Subject to payment and the product plan, MR TECH grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the licensed software for the permitted number of devices or users.
Activation
Software may require an activation key and periodic validation. Activation credentials are associated with the customer’s license and should not be shared publicly.
Restrictions
Except where applicable law permits otherwise, you may not copy, redistribute, sublicense, sell, rent, circumvent activation controls, or reverse engineer the software.
Updates and support
Updates, support and continued access may depend on the active product plan. MR TECH may modify or discontinue features as products evolve while honoring obligations required by applicable law and active written commitments.
Third-party components
Software may include third-party components that are governed by their respective licenses.
Termination
The license may be suspended or terminated for material violation of these terms, fraud, abuse, unauthorized redistribution or nonpayment, subject to applicable law and any controlling written agreement.
